What we collect, where it lives, and how it is deleted. This summary supports the Data Processing Agreement; the executed agreements govern.
Two things. Your account details, your name and work email, so you can be reached about your engagement. And the historical data slice you send us for a specific engagement.
We ask for no personally identifiable information (PII) in your data slice. Where a slice would contain personal data, de-identify it before transfer. A Data Processing Agreement applies whenever personal data is in scope. We do not use your data to train any foundation model, or any model made available to any other customer.
Your slice sits in a workspace dedicated to your engagement, encrypted at rest, in the United States. Access is limited to the people performing your engagement.
At the close of an engagement your slice is purged and you receive a signed deletion receipt. Retention is the period set in your Order Form. We do not represent that deletion is absolute; any data that remains is isolated, protected, and not used for any other purpose.
You receive the Prediction Report and the predictions CSV, which are yours to keep and use (Customer-Owned Output). The engine that produces them is our proprietary system and is not delivered.
